Welcome to
the website of ATZ Language Services e.U.

I launched my own business in July 2014 as a German-Hungarian translator. Since then, I
have worked first as a Hungarian self-employed translator and proofreader, and
since October 2022, as an Austrian entrepreneur for small and medium-sized
enterprises, individuals and international translation agencies, while I am
constantly continuing my professional training.

I strive to build long-term business relationships with my clients based on mutual trust
and a focus on their needs, and this can only be achieved by consistently
providing high quality language services.

I myself manage the entire translation project from proposal to project completion,
allowing for a fast response time.

Given my experience in the automotive and logistics sectors, I place particular
importance on meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Despite the rise of artificial intelligence and AI-created content, my motto is: I believe
in the value of human-created content.

TRANSLATION

I translate from German to Hungarian and Hungarian to German. I do large translation projects with short time limits as well as smaller projects and I am happy to assist with translations in the fields business and economic, legal, technical, quality management, logistics, etc.

For every translation project, I find the right translator who is well-prepared in the relevant field.

My aim is to provide professional translation services for businesses and individuals.

I use CAT tools as MemoQ and SDL Trados Studio, to ensure professional translation quality.

I mostly enjoy translating company presentations, automotive and other marketing documents, because these require the use of precise terminology, while some parts of the texts also require truly creative solutions. Based on my several years of experience as a transport organiser, texts regarding logistics are one of our favourites.

OFFICIAL TRANSLATION / TRANSLATOR’S CLAUSE

As I have diploma in translation, I’m authorised to issue so-called translator’s clauses for the texts translated by me. A translator’s clause is the translator’s attestation that his/her translation is fully identical to the content of the source text. Authorities might request this type of translation, but before ordering this type of translation, the receiving authority should always be consulted whether they require an official or a certified translation. This consultation is necessary, because only the Hungarian Office for Translation and Attestation Ltd. is authorised to provide certified translations in Hungary.

PROOFREADING

PROOFREADING is the linguistic (spelling, style, tone, textual uniformity) and/or technical (terminology) review of the translated text.

When proofreading, I pay increased attention to grammatical and terminological correctness.

To ensure professional proofreading quality, I use the CAT tool MemoQ.

TEXT TYPES

I mostly proofread technical marketing texts (websites, brochures) and official documents (e.g. diplomas, certificates of civil status).

FOREIGN-LANGUAGE
BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE

Would you like to contact companies that communicate in German or Hungarian? Do you have something to do with foreign authorities? Do you need to reply to an official letter but you do not have the time to write an official response? Give me the content in short, I will write the rest. I do not have a long reference list, because I strive for long-term business relations with the companies that trust in me. Before starting my translation careers, I worked as a transport organiser for many years and was in contact with several suppliers. This has given me a picture of what clients expect from me. Respecting deadlines, quick communication and constant reliable quality are not just empty words to me.

To get a quote, please send me the text to be translated, possibly in an editable format (MS Word, Excel, HTML) either via email or Facebook Messenger and specify source and target language and the deadline. Information about the purpose and the audience of the translation also supports our work.

I calculate the price based on the length and difficulty of the text and the requested deadline.

In case of non-datable documents, I do my best to edit the text to be similar to the source.

My quotations are usually based on the number of words in the document, but if the client requires, I provide a character-based price. Payment is done by bank transfer, therefor I issue an electronic invoice for the services provided.
